Return policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE PROCESS TO FOLLOW FOR THE CORRECT RECEIPT OF THE ORDER

It is important to keep in mind that if you observe any external damage to the package or the packages that compose it, you must record it AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY on the PDA or the agreement that you will sign, INDICATING AT THE TIME OF SIGNING THE DAMAGED PACKAGES , to confirm receipt of your order for a future claim.

For non-visible damages, you must review and communicate the incident via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the exterior and interior packaging, the carrier’s sticker and damaged material. After these 24 hours no claims are accepted.

BABYKIDSDECO will be responsible for all the return costs that an erroneous, defective or in poor condition shipping entails, giving the user the choice between another equal, similar or the return of the invoice amount plus forwarding costs, by means of a nominal stub or transfer to the bank account that the user provides us, within a period of less than 30 calendar days.

The return must be made within 14 business days of receipt of the shipment, in the original packaging and prior notice to info@babykidsdeco.com, explaining the reasons for the return.

The return costs will be borne by the customer, and BabyKidsDeco undertakes to return the total amount of the invoice by registered check or bank transfer, within a period never exceeding 30 calendar days.

No changes or returns will be made on personalized items.
